Interviewing Techniques
During this workshop you will learn the techniques professional
recruiters use. How to:
- Develop best practice models and a behavioural-based
recruitment strategy which is legally defensible, and ensures the
selection of the right person for the role.
- Formulate, specific, realistic and analystical
questions so
that a candidates strengths, weaknesses and motivational traits are
drawn out.
- Use behavioural-based interviewing to determine best
fit,
pas behaviour and questioning techniques, and how to correct common
interviewing errors.
Workshop contents includes: The dynamic employment environment, the
recruitment and selection process, essential documentation, the
recruiters skill set, interviewing barriers, traditional V behavioural
interviews, questioning techniques and optional follow up coaching.
