COACHING
MODEL

![]() |
Our coaching model is formed from two coaching frameworks:
This model recognises the relationship between a persons' environment or situation, their thoughts, emotions and behaviours. While primarily a cognitive-behaviour based model of coaching we also introduce an ontological approach to gaining understanding about ourselves through reflection and self-directed adult learning principles. Coaching provides you with a safe environment to explore what you think, why you think the way you do and how your perceptions and emotions impact upon your behaviour. Coaches do not tell you how to do your job, they question, they challenge your assumptions, they facilitate discussion of alternative scenarios and they guide you towards setting your own goals and achieving your desired outcomes. To discuss how you may benefit from coaching contact John Coxon on +61355612228 or email john@johncoxon.com.au
