  John Coxon & Associates has been providing services to the health and non-profit sector for the past seven years.

We wish to expand the business to operate throughout Australia and New Zealand. To achieve this we need people to join us as consultants, coaches and workplace trainers and we invite you to consider joining us. Stop. If you are looking for a highly paid consultancy role in an international corporation with perks galore. Read no further. This is not for you.

Firstly you will have to work for your income. This means initally your income will be commission based. Secondly we wish to create an organisation based upon employee empowerment. This means every employee has a right to vote on any decision and all employees share in profits.

Why join us? Firstly you will love working with people in management roles and learning from their experiences. If you believe you know all the answers please do not apply.  You  want to work in an organisation that is different and one that makes a difference. You want control over your own destiny.  You want freedom to develop your own ideas and apply them in the workplace. You want to work with people who will support you, help you and look after you in difficult times. You want control over how much you earn and when you earn it!

What do you need to bring to our organisation? Firstly you need to bring an attitude that never says die, a positive attitude that focuses on solutions rather than problems and a high work ethic. You should have an interest in leadership and management development. You should be a continuous learner with a focus on the future. You should be someone able to work colloratively with others and share information.

How do you apply for a position? You don't. There are no positions as such. Firstly you should be clear in your understanding of why this interests you? Secondly you should research who we are and what we represent. There is no shortage of information and we will talk to anyone if they call. Thirdly you should download our information kit and an open letter from the founder of JC&A. Finally you should to write a letter or send an email outlining how you believe you can contribute. After that we meet for coffee and we let whatever happens, happen.
