Frontline Manager Development Program

This in-house program comprises five 1-day workshops during which the twenty modules shown below are covered, plus two half-day group coaching sessions. Prior to each workshop each participant will be provided with comprehensive resource material, incorporating research and case studies as well as short exercises for completion. This program has an in-built evaluation process. As a group the participants will be expected to collaborate on a project that enables them to implement the learning into their workplace and provide a quantifiable return on investment. An additional, optional module is offered on workplace coaching. Senior executives are encouraged to participate in this module, along with those participating in the program. This module provides senior executives with the tools to guide ongoing implementation of learning into the workplace after completion of the program. This program has been designed specifically for the Community & Healthcare sector and has been designed to provide an indepth understanding of the frontline managers role and responsibilities. Program fee is $15000 exc gst. Maximum group size 15pp.
