Listed below are details of our range of in-house management development workshops. These have been designed to provide your frontline managers and supervisors with a range of fundamental management competencies and strategies. Our Promise To You: Should you feel that any workshop fails to provide your managers with practical strategies and skills then we will refund your fee in full, no questions asked. Positive Performance Reviews: This workshop will provide managers with a generic process for conducting performance reviews, will help them develop implement a positive review process and using effective coaching questions. The result will be a reduced stress and performance reviews conducted on time and in environment free of fear. Download poster.Task/Time Management: This workshop will provide your managers with an insight into their responsibilities regarding task management, they will develop strategies for prioritising tasks, planning work and delegation. Includes pre-workshop data collection on how they spend their time. Managing Change: In this workshop we introduce your managers to the ADKAR change model and to Prochaska & DiClemente's Stages of Change framework. We help develop a range of strategies for introducing, implementing and monitoring change and tools to help minimise stress and maximise productivity. Each of these workshops is held at a location of your choice. Workshop fee is $2960 per group. Minimum group is 6 people, maximum is 20 people. Workshop fee includes facilitation by experienced management coach and workplace trainer, workshop resource material and follow up review survey. GST exclusive. Discounts apply for multiple groups.
