Authentic Leadership

This workshop uses an adapted Open Space format in that it comprises a series of group discussions on aspects of leadership. As a participant in this event you get to decide the majority of the agenda for the day. Four discussion topics will be introduced into the program by the facilitator, the remaining discussion topics will be nominated by those there on the day. In this way you are sure to have an opportunity to discuss those leadership issues most important to you.

During his four discussion the facilitator will introduce a variety of contemporary models of leadership, based upon the research of leading universities and international consultancies. Add to this the topics nominated by those participating and you are guaranteed an exciting and stimulating day.

These discussions will help you formulate your own leadership philosophy and practices; you will have the opportunity to discuss specific leadership issues that interest you and you will benefit from the diversity of knowledge and experience in the room.
