John CoxonJohn Coxon . Since 2002 John has worked with management teams in hospitals, aged care, not-for-profit organisations, medical centres and primary schools, guiding strategic development, coaching and mentoring managers, recruiting senior executives and developing frontline management competencies. John has a unique insight into the working environments and issues in healthcare, aged care and the nonprofit sector. John was the founding Executive Officer for Community Southwest, an alliance of non-profit organisations in south west Victoria and has served on a variety of nonprofit boards of governance. John has been involved in projects as diverse as developing training & development pathways, developing policies & procedures, helping develop a social enterprise strategy, strategic planning, identifying opportunities for growth and development, creating frameworks and models for organisational change.

Following are profiles of a selection of associate consultants able to work with your management team. Each of these consultants is a recognised specialist in healthcare, aged care or the nonprofit community sector. Together they can contribute a wealth of knowledge and experience towards solving your issues.

Kerri LawrenceKerri Lawrence. Kerri has extensive management experience and has committed her career to drug & alcohol and mental health service delivery, health service improvement and health administration. Kerri has extensive experience in quality improvement, strategic and action planning, managing organisational change and executive mentoring. Kerri is a registered mentor with the Australian College of Health Service Executives and a sought after consultant through Australia, Asia and New Zealand. Kerri is a member of the Board of Directors of the Network of Drug and Alcohol Agencies (NADA). Kerri is the lead consultant for our Workplace Wellbeing Progam for Mental Health & Alcohol and Drug Service Managers.

Janice DaviesJanice Davies. Janice is the 'attitude specialist', the one who will make you feel better, despite what ails you. Janice is an experienced coach, workplace trainer, seminar presenter and author of a number of books on stress, empathy and positive attitude. Janice is based in Auckland and works with our New Zealand clients. Janice is also presenting workshops in Australia as a part of our workplace wellbeing series.

John Patison. John has more than 20 years experience in management roles in healthcare and specialises in hotel services management, operational and logistical management. John has worked in both the private and public health care sectors.

Jane Wexler. Jane has worked with corporate, government, community and not-for-profit organisations in Australia and the Asia Pacific providing leadership development. Jane is a psychologist, a qualified executive coach and has a background social research, action research, program design, program evaluation and professional supervision.

Ann Body. Ann is a Registered Nurse and aged care manager in Australia with more than twenty years, hands-on nursing and nurse management experience. Ann understands the aged care environment and the issues faced in maintaining care standards and with maintaining accreditation.

Leigh Kelly. Leigh is a registered nurse and has decades of experience in aged care management and education in New Zealand. Leigh has written a book on caring for people with Alzheimer's disease. Her latest book is titled The Art of Caregiving. The Guide to Caregivers Satisfaction.

Marya Dwyer - Marya is a Registered Nurse in Australia with extensive experience at Director of Nursing level, nurse management, theatre management, hospital financial management, ACHS, ISO6005 assessment, nursing best practices and working with medical specialists.

Miranda Walker - Miranda a Registered Nurse with nurse management experience in New Zealand. Miranda has frontline management experience and has been involved in a variety of projects including preparation of policy & procedures and delivery of workplace education and training, patient management processes, development of clinical best practices and event management.

Tara Bowker - Tara is an experienced event manager and marketing professional and has worked on national events for a multi-national business as well as being involved in corporate event management at the 2011 RWC. Tara assists our clients with board/management retreats and conferences.

Donna Porritt - Donna is a qualified CPA with many years experience in financial management and office management in hospitals, aged care and nonprofit organisations.

Doug Parker - Doug is a veteran aged care manager in Australia with experience in developing rural-based aged care facilities and aged care management.

Andrew Thompson - Andrew has a wealth of experience and knowledge of hygiene, food safety and risk compliance.

Other associate consultants in our group bring experience in nonprofit financial management, mental health service delivery, social enterprise and business development, mediation, project management, information systems and healthcare benchmarking.
