As a result of those experiences we have developed an Integrated Management Process designed to ensure root cause of an issue is identified and that your investment is directed to where it will deliver the greatest impact. COACHING & MENTORING

Our coaching/mentoring processes are evidence-based. This means our methodologies are based upon validated behavioural theories and practice and our intervention is sought due to evidence of a need to change. The outcome of coachin/mentoring is a change of management behavior. Working one-to-one with executives to develop advanced leadership and management competencies. Download our coaching framework and coaching model. The aim of coaching is to develop potential. We guarantee the outcomes of all our coaching. We will refund our fee if we fail to achieved the agreed upon outcomes. Coaching is available for both front line managers and senior executives.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Our professional development programs include;

  • Frontline Manager Development Program, led by John Coxon, an experienced management coach, this program has been designed to address the unique management environment in the Community & Healthcare sectors
  • Workplace Wellbeing Program for Mental Health/AOD Service Managers, a workplace development program led by Kerri Lawrence, a registered mentor for Australian Health Executives, designed to help develop workplaces that minimise stress and burnout
