Get Savvy To Workplace Stress

and

Dealing with Difficult People

Renown  author,  speaker, management coach and workshop facilitator, Janice Davies will present these two half-day workshops in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane

In the morning, Janice will facilitate a workshop on workplace stress and how stress contributes to burnout and reduced job satisfaction. Janice will help those present to identify key workplace and lifestyle stessors, assess your own personal stress level and help you understand the role you play in managing your own stresses.

During the afternoon, Janice will facilitate a workshop on how to deal with difficult people. Janice will help you develop the ability to use effective communication strategies to resolve tricky situations and to influence people. Janice will lead participants through a process of identifying different personalities and their behaviours, to identify 'buttons' and 'trigger points and explore relationship scenarios.

Janice Davies is the creator of the Attitude Training program and author of the four books includeing; Say Yes To a Positive Attitude, 200 Powertips to a Positive Attitude, How To Get What You Want In Your Life and Be A Winner and Boost Your Self Esteem. Janice has also authored a book of Dealing With Difficult People and Tricky Situations and is currently writing a book on Success Attitudes.

Janice is the founder and organiser of International Self Esteem Day.

The workshop fee is $295.00pp exc gst. Group discounts apply. Includes experienced facilitator, resource material, morning and afternoon tea and a complimentary copy of Janice Davie's e-book Dealing with difficult people.

The small print: Close off date for registration is 30 days prior to scheduled date. Late registrations will not be accepted. This is necessary to ensure adequate time to confirm venues, catering, facilitator travel and accommodation. Minimum registrations of 8 people required for a workshop to proceed. All registered participants will be emailed a confirmation on the closing date. In the event of cancellation of this event all prepaid fees will be refunded. Registrations cancelled 30 days or more prior to the scheduled date will be refunded in full. Registrations cancelled within 30 days of an event will be refunded 50%. No refund for no show. Registrations may be transferred to another event or another participant.
